What it costs
One deal a year is the best price on every line.
Comps is free for anyone who files a closed slow flip. Premium adds the market view on top, and contributors pay half for it.

Founding contributors
A closed deal filed or confirmed before November 23, 2026 comes with Premium included for 12 months from that deal. That is what they were told when they contributed, so that is what they get.
How the free year works
Submit one deal you know the real numbers on and Comps is free for 12 months from that day. A person reviews every deal before it counts toward anyone's estimate, and that review never affects your access. Submitting again later restarts the 12 months; deals don't stack.
Premium is separate. It is never included with a deal, except for founding contributors, and the contributor price holds for as long as a deal of yours is inside the window. Let the window lapse and the next renewal bills the full price; file another deal and the half price comes back.
Every deal on file feeds the free estimator. Premium never gets data Comps does not; it gets more views of the same pool. Nothing leaves as a download. More in the FAQ
